Usually it is a drag to take my vitamins, and I often forget entirely. I hate the feeling of that huge horse pill going down. It even makes me queasy. BUT, then I discovered these!!! I love how these vitamins contain DHA, so I don't have to take an extra pill on the side. The only downside that I have noticed is that these do NOT contain any iron, like a lot of prenatal vitamins do. Other than that, I absolutely love these. Taking your vitamins was never so yummy!

I take the Multi's, C, Calcium, Omega 3, Weight Management Fiber and now the new Heart One. They are all great. If anyone feels that they need more DV %, just get the other supplements. They have them all and work together with the Multi's.

         Probably my new favourite Vitafusion product. I have tried their multi Vites and the Vitamin D, and they all taste great. But I was wondering if the Fiber Vitafusion Fiber Gummies would taste funky. Nope. It's taste just as yummy as the other VitaFusion products. It's soft and taste just like gummy bears. Both the fiber and the gummy consistency make them a great part of your diet because they are almost like a little snack , and the fiber somehow keeps me fuller and reduces food cravings. 

5 grams of fiber per two gummies. That's a good percentage of your daily dose. However, what I love the most about them is that they curb my appetite. I really notice a difference between before and after. I take them in the morning after breakfast and I really am not hungry until lunchtime...I've even pushed my lunchtime back by an hour.
