I take the Multi's, C, Calcium, Omega 3, Weight Management Fiber and now the new Heart One. They are all great. If anyone feels that they need more DV %, just get the other supplements. They have them all and work together with the Multi's.
They're easy to digest and take. they taste good and, they are gluten and dairy free. I recently went gluten-free and I had not realized that many supplements contained wheat. So, this is the perfect vitamin for me.
